Wanted man facing charges in connection to break and enters, vehicle theft in Hamilton

A 29-year-old man is wanted in connection with a series of break and enters and a vehicle theft in Hamilton.

Hamilton Police allege Quincy Owen Francis entered homes while homeowners were asleep and have issued a warrant for his arrest.

Francis is facing charges for:

  • Two counts of break and enter
  • Theft of a motor vehicle

Francis is described as a Black male who is six-foot-five and 187-pounds. Police believe his appearance may have changed since the above photo was taken.

The 29-year-old is known to be in the Hamilton area, but police say he also has ties to surrounding municipalities.

Police are cautioning the public not to approach Francis if they spot him, and instead call 911 immediately.
