Van driver flees scene of collision with motorcycle in Hamilton: police

The driver of a van fled the scene after colliding with a motorcycle early Friday morning in Hamilton, according to police.
Hamilton police said they are canvassing the area for video surveillance.
The crash occurred just before 6:45 a.m. in the area of Upper James and Twenty Road East.
The other driver was ejected from his motorcycle and “sustained minor injuries that were tended to on scene by paramedics,” said Jackie Penman, spokesperson for Hamilton police, in an email to inthehammer.com today (Oct. 20).
Police didn’t mention any details about the van or any further information.
