Two suspects wanted following death of 14-year-old boy

Hamilton Police are investigating after a 14-year-old Sir Winston Churchill student was stabbed and killed outside school grounds. 

Hamilton Police are investigating after a 14-year-old Sir Winston Churchill student was stabbed and killed outside school grounds. 

On October 7 at approximately 1:19 p.m., officers responded to Dunsmure Road and Ivon Ave for a stabbing. Police searched the area and located two suspects not far from the crime scene. The individuals were arrested shortly after. A third individual was arrested later on in the afternoon. Police are still determining his involvement in the incident.

The name of the victim will not be released at this time. 

Hamilton Police continue to search for the following suspects:

Suspect One

  • Light-skinned black female
  • Early teens
  • Long black hair 
  • Wearing a black coat and possibly a black t-shirt underneath with white writing on it
  • Black shoes with a white stripe and white laces

Suspect Two

  • White male
  • Early teens
  • Dark pants and a gray long-sleeved shirt
  • White shoes
  • Black backpack
