Hamilton’s William Goddard won $100,000 with Encore in the November 16, 2019, LOTTO 6/49 draw. Goddard matched the last six of seven Encore numbers in exact order to win.
The winning ticket was purchased at Jug City Convenience on Upper Gage.
Harry Blazewicz is celebrating after winning a $100,000 prize with INSTANT $100,000 BLING (Game #2098).

“I’ve won smaller amounts on lottery games before,” said Harry, 65, while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up his winnings.
The retired father of one knew he was a big winner as soon as he played his INSTANT ticket. “I am still shocked,” he said. “It’s unbelievable and I am very happy!”
Harry plans to share his windfall with his family and friends.
The winning ticket was purchased at Mac’s on Upper James Street in Hamilton.
