Truck trailer blocks main street in Hamilton

A main street in Hamilton was blocked early this morning.
James Street North was blocked in both directions from King Street to King William Street with a transport truck trailer in Hamilton this morning, Hamilton Police said in a tweet around 6 a.m. today (Sept. 11).
Police asked drivers to use alternative routes.
The trailer was part of the main stage from Supercrawl, the arts and indie music festival downtown this weekend, a Hamilton Police spokesperson told intheHammer.com.
Crews had an issue taking it apart.
By 6:30 a.m. the roadway was clear, police said.
