Hamilton’s housing market has been steady since the summer months and shows similar trends in the fall, according to a report by the Realtors® Association of Hamilton-Burlington (RAHB).

373 residential homes were sold in Hamilton last month which was down by 17.1 per cent over the last year. However, new listings in Hamilton were up by 21 percent with 1,286 new listings coming to the market.

Among these, the top 5 luxurious properties that recently changed hands were above the $1 million mark. From sprawling estates, to, several exotic homes, here’s a list collated by a real-estate website, Zoocasa:
