Hamilton Police said it’s investigating a series of night-time residential break-and-enters.

“The suspects have been targeting houses where garage or side doors have been left open”, said police. “Once inside the residence, the suspects steal electronics, wallets, and keys for vehicles parked in the driveway.”

Specifically, police said they’re asking for the public’s assistance in locating a stolen black 2019 Porsche Cayenne.

Investigators believe the suspects no longer have access to the vehicle and it has been abandoned on the Hamilton Mountain.

On July 18, the vehicle was the target when thieves entered the residence and took the keys to the vehicle, according to police.

The vehicle, with license plates, BWTW 853, was allegedly stolen from the Upper James area.
