A Hamilton Redditor posted a picture late Monday (Jan. 27), of a heart-wrenching letter presumably addressed to missing Holly Ellsworth-Clark.

It is posted alongside one of Clark’s missing posters in Downtown Hamilton and serves as a grim reminder that she has still not been found.

In the letter addressed to ‘sister’ the author writes: “I love you more than anything…We will do anything to help you if you choose it. We do not care what happened.”

There is a phone number included with an Alberta area code where Holly is from and where her family currently resides.

Holly Ellsworth-Clark, a 27-year-old musician from Calgary who had recently moved to Hamilton, went missing Jan. 11.

Police say that she was last spotted around 4 p.m. in the Sanford Ave. and Cannon St. area the day she went missing. At the time, police said she was ‘in distress’ and not dressed for the cold weather.

Since her disappearance, members of the community, and Holly’s family who have come to Hamilton, have launched numerous ground searches to find her.

And yet, Holly has still not turned up.

There were a couple of reported sightings of Holly at a motel in Downtown Hamilton, but at the time, police were unable to obtain search warrants to comb the property.

Holly’s parents have also shared with the public a voicemail from Holly from the day before she disappeared.

In it, Holly reportedly says she’s being pursued by two men and that she is afraid for her life and she pleads with her mother to send her a plane ticket home.

Late last week, Hamilton police released images of Holly captured in the moments before she went missing.

Holly is 6’-1” and 200 lbs with an athletic build and was last seen in a black long-sleeve shirt, black pants, black boots possibly with a black backpack.

Anyone with information about Holly’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Hamilton Police Service at 905-546-4925.
