A man has been arrested for alleged involvement in a sexual assault in Twenty Place, a private adult community in the city’s south.

“There was an extensive canvass in the area and Hamilton Police would like to thank the public for their cooperation in the initial stages of the investigation for providing valuable information,” police described.

“We want all survivors of sexual violence to know that we believe them and we will respect their choice when and how they report the incident,” police continued, “There is no guaranteed way to prevent sexual assault. Sharing the details of these assaults is intended to provide the community information, and people are encouraged to trust their instincts.”
