Roads shut down for police investigation in Hamilton

An ongoing investigation is underway this morning in East Hamilton.
At 10:46 a.m., police reported that roads have been shut down around the area of Barton St East and Nash Rd North.

At 10:46 a.m., police reported that roads have been shut down around the area of Barton St East and Nash Rd North.
The cause of the investigation has not been disclosed at this time.

Residents should avoid the area until further notice.

UPDATE: Barton and Nash westbound, Barton and Talbot eastbound, Red Hill North and Barton exit off ramp, and the pedestrian bridge over Red Hill remain closed. The immediate area is closed to all pedestrian traffic.
