At 7:30 a.m., Alectra Utilities reported an outage in the area of Cannon Street West to Charlton Avenue West and from Queen Street to James Street North.
The cause of the outage is an underground distribution problem, Alectra reports.
Crews have been dispatched and power is estimated to return at 11:00 a.m.
