Police seek Mercedes-Benz connected to nightclub shooting in Hamilton

Police are looking for a Mercedes-Benz seen in the area of a shooting at a nightclub on the weekend.

The shooting left two, 24-year-old men with gunshot wounds around 1:45 a.m. on Sunday (Oct. 15) in the vicinity of King William Street and John Street North.

Both men are currently in stable condition, Hamilton Police said in a press release today (Oct. 19).

Police are appealing for witnesses and searching for a vehicle believed to be involved in the shooting.

The vehicle is believed to be a newer-model, brown Mercedes-Benz.

Police also continue to seek witnesses who were in the area during the shooting.

Anyone with dash cam video who was driving in the area on Sunday from 1 a.m. to 2 a.m. could be useful. And police ask people and businesses to check security surveillance cameras.
