Popular Italian eatery, Caro, announced recently that they are undertaking a huge new endeavour by opening a second restaurant in Hamilton.

In several social media posts, the owners of Caro have provided a tiny glimpse as to what is in store for Hamilton’s foodies and it seems they’re taking Victoria’s, which will be located at King and Locke streets, in a whole new direction.

Since opening their doors at Ottawa and Main street a couple of years ago, Hamiltonians have been wowed by Caro’s fresh and authentic Italian eats and phenomenal cocktails. At Victoria’s, it seems, they’re branching out into the classic steak and seafood culinary experience.

“Victoria’s will be a different concept – steak & seafood and so much more!” Caro wrote in response to one curious Facebook user.

Judging from the sleek and modern branding of Victoria’s, it looks like it may provide a more formal dining experience than Caro.

Regardless of branding or cuisines, Caro’s reputation for providing a fresh, innovative and unforgettable dining experience is certainly helping to generate the buzz for Victoria’s. All over social media, Hamiltonians are buzzing with the news of Victoria’s imminent arrival.

“Waiting patiently for your exquisite food & excellent staff,” writes one Facebook user.

“Those of us in the neighbourhood have been waiting! So excited!” said a fan on Instagram.

There’s no word on a timeline for opening but it’s safe to say that when the time comes, there’s a warm welcome waiting for Victoria’s.
