One male remains outstanding in café stabbing in Hamilton

Hamilton Police continue to investigate the stabbing incident at the West Lounge Café in Hamilton.

One male involved has been arrested while one male remains outstanding.

One male involved has been arrested while one male remains outstanding.

On Thursday, October 17, 2019, Fuhill Badei attended the Hamilton Police Mountain Station on Rymal Road East. He was arrested for numerous firearms-related offences and appeared at the John Sopinka Courthouse later in the day to answer to the charges.

Hamilton Police would like to thank everyone who assisted in this investigation.

The second involved male, Joseph Barham-Ferguson remains outstanding. He is considered armed and dangerous and if observed police are advising not to approach but to call 911 immediately.

  • Fuhill Badei, 20 years from Hamilton

CHARGES

  • Point Firearm
  • Carry Conceal Weapon
  • Use firearm in the commission of an offence
  • Possession of a Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
  • Assault with a Weapon

WANTED

  • Joseph Barham-Ferguson, 20 years from Hamilton

CHARGES

  • Aggravated Assault
  • Fail to Comply Youth Sentence
