Mohawk suspends classes, urges students in residence to go home

Mohawk College announced Friday (March 13) that they will suspend classes by the end of the day.

The College said on their website that classes will restart online or with alternative delivery beginning Monday, March 23.
Mohawk said they will be contacting students on Thursday, March 19 to let them know how the remainder of their semester will be managed and grades evaluated.
The school confirmed that in-person exams are cancelled and all campuses will be closed to students and the community as of March 14 and designated employees will have some access to the campus throughout the closure.
