Hamilton’s historic castle to host an immersive workshop for kids

This one is for all the young historians and budding chefs.
The Dundurn castle is set to host a hands-on workshop tailored for children and their families.
Scheduled to take place on Sept. 17 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., this event is designed to entertain and educate children aged 7 and above.
The workshop boasts an itinerary that covers a range of engaging activities for participants.
Attendees will dive into history by getting their hands busy in the kitchen, preparing a historic recipe that dates back to a different era.
Participants also get an interactive tour of the 2-acre Historic Kitchen Garden, followed by a scavenger hunt in Dundurn Park with an activity book.
Pre-registration is required for this event and ticket prices start at $60.
