On Friday, September 20, shortly after 8:30 a.m., a woman was followed into Jackson Square by an unknown man, police say.
The man proceeded to follow the woman throughout the mall while directing what police believe to be racially motivated comments at her.

The man is described as being 23 to 25 years old, standing 5’ 10” tall with a thin build and short brown hair. At the time of the incident he was wearing a grey crew neck shirt with a square emblem on the front and dark pants and black shoes.
