Hamilton Police Service is looking for the public’s assistance in locating a male and female suspect accused of multiple break and enters over the summer.
Hamilton Police Service is looking for the public’s assistance in locating a male and female suspect accused of multiple break and enters over the summer.
Since June 2019, police say they’ve “investigated four break and enters involving a male and female working with other involved people entering local businesses, targeting cash, cigarettes and other store products”.
Police provided the following incidents:
- June 6, 2019, shortly after 4:00 a.m., a male and female made an attempt to gain entry at a Hasty Market on James Street North when they were deterred by an audible alarm.
- June 6, 2019, shortly before 5:00 a.m., a hair salon on King Street West was entered and several thousand dollars in hair product was stolen.
- July 19, and September 23, 2019, a small sandwich restaurant on King Street East has been victimized twice by the same suspects breaking into their business and taking money.
The male suspect is scribed as white, with a medium build, shaved head, and tattoos on the right side of his neck and both forearms.
The female suspect is described as white, with a slim build, and blonde shoulder-length hair.
