Hamilton police say a 16-year-old Hamilton teen is missing.

Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Devyn (aka Jayden) Eastmond-Rowe, who was reported missing by her family on Tuesday (Oct. 15).

She has never gone missing before and this is described as being out of character for her.

Jayden was last seen in the area of the Ron Joyce Centre located at 325 Wellington St. N., shortly before 5:30 p.m. Tuesday evening.

At the time, she was wearing glasses, a black T-shirt (possibly with a “Def Leppard” yellow logo on the front), sandals, and a dark grey backpack.

Jayden is described as Black and standing 5’ 7” tall, about 180 lbs, with brown eyes and short black curly hair on and the sides and back and longer on the top.

Hamilton Police say they and Jayden’s family are concerned for her well-being.
