Hamilton man arrested in suspicious vehicle investigation

Police have made an arrest following a suspicious vehicle incident in Hamilton.

Shortly after 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 4, officers responded to a black Honda Civic driving erratically in the area of Fennell Avenue East and Upper Wellington Street.
The vehicle also appeared to be following a person throughout the city.
“The victim did not know the identity of the driver,” police say.

On Friday evening, February 7, police arrested 33 year old Hamilton man Alexander Duffie.
He appeared in court earlier today to answer to the charges of Criminal harassment and Dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.
The investigation into this incident is ongoing.
