There is a temporary closure on certain roads in Hamilton this morning due to flooding.
The City of Hamilton issued a statement attributing the recent heavy rainfall to flooding on the roadway leading to the entrance of the Mountain Community Recycling Centre (CRC) off Kilbride Road.
As a result of the flooding, the area has been closed off.
Drivers are advised to enter and exit off of Upper Ottawa Street.
Individuals trying to pass through are asked to prepare for delays this morning.
“Consider visiting another location,” the City noted on their website.
It is unknown when the roadways are anticipated to open back up to motorists.
