Update: Woman hurt after car crashes into ditch on Hamilton’s Red Hill Valley Parkway

Northbound Red Hill Valley Parkway REOPENED at Queenston Road, Hamilton police announced just before 10 tonight (Oct. 31). 

A single-vehicle collision left one woman injured and closed part of an expressway in Hamilton tonight (Oct. 31).

Hamilton police said they were called at 6 p.m. about a vehicle that had crashed into the ditch on the Red Hill Valley Parkway between Barton and Queenston northbound.

One woman had “non-life threatening injuries,” police told inthehammer.com.

The northbound lanes were closed at Queenston Road for about four hours. Police announced that they reopened just before 10 p.m.

Police didn’t provide any more information about the incident, including the circumstances that led to the crash.
