Cops release identity of Hamilton homicide victim

A 33-year-old man who was found with multiple stab wounds in a Hamilton neighbourhood on Sept. 27 and later died in hospital has been identified by police.
Hamilton Police say the victim has been identified as Tyler Hayden Robitaille. They add the man’s identity has been released in hopes of finding his killer or killers.
As the investigation is ongoing, police are urging anyone with information to contact them immediately at 905-546-4123.
A GoFundMe page was set up on Oct. 3 for Robitaille in an effort to reduce the financial burden on his family.
The original fundraising goal was $5,000, and it has now been surpassed with a total of $5,701 raised.
