The project, located at 121 King St. E and which is scheduled to be complete in 2021, will create 40 one- and two-bedroom lofts that will range from 553 – 906 sq. ft.
The lofts’ developers say the finished product will show-off the building’s real history with exposed utilities in the ceilings and reclaimed original brickwork and will boast modern, efficient and high-end finishes and appliances.
Construction of Gore Lofts got underway in 2019 and units are currently up for sale.
