Hamilton residents can soon see what all the fuss is about when Canada’s fastest growing restaurant chain Pür & Simple, known for innovating the breakfast and brunch scene, opens their Ancaster location on April 26th at 737 Golf Links Road near Highway 403.
With a state-of-the-art Nespresso machine for specialty coffees, fresh OJ pressed in-house daily, a variety of cocktails, and a smoothie bar all on their drinks menu, Pür & Simple is the full brunch experience.
To celebrate the grand opening, they’re offering the first 25 guests the opportunity to experience their re-invented breakfast with a free meal (value of up to $20)! This offer includes one food item and does not include beverages. Don’t miss out, they open at 7 am on Tuesday, April 26th.
The restaurant’s dishes combine great taste with beautiful aesthetics that are just begging to be posted on Instagram. Pür & Simple also has a “simple luxury” vibe that makes it one of the best spots to get together and enjoy some brunch with family and friends.
Here are five dishes you’ve got to try from Pür & Simple’s extensive menu:
- French Toast Crisp
You haven’t tried French toast until you’ve tried Pür & Simple’s panko-breaded artisanal French toast, combining sugary sweetness with a satisfying crunch. It’s made with blueberries, raspberries, English cream, raspberry coulis, whipped cream and fresh mint.
- The Canadian
Bring out the Canadian in you with this simple but delicious breakfast dish of two eggs with bacon, sausage, ham, and your choice of crepe, French toast, pancake or a half waffle.
- Carole’s Cinna-Cakes
If you’re wondering what makes buttermilk pancakes so good, imagine a regular pancake but way softer and fluffier. Pür & Simple offers a variety of buttermilk pancakes on their menu, including Carole’s Cinna-Cakes: Cinnamon swirl pancakes topped with icing glaze, caramel, and whipped cream.
- Ray’s Extravaganza
An extravagant dish that offers a whole lot of traditional breakfast goodness, served hot right from the skillet. This dish features bacon, sausage, ham, red & green peppers, red onions, tomatoes, cheddar, Swiss, provolone and Hollandaise sauce.
One of the restaurant’s most popular handheld items, and perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth who’s also craving something savoury. The Cinnabacon is a glazed cinnamon Danish with scrambled eggs, bacon, cheddar, Swiss and provolone.
Pür and Simple is a major franchise that was started in Canada by seasoned Canadian restaurateurs – but despite that, each of their locations is super entrenched in the community just like a local restaurant.
The new Ancaster restaurant is one of their newest locations, with more than 30 restaurants across Canada.
